Things aren’t looking so pretty for former Miss Nevada USA, Katie Rees.

In 2006, she was forced to hand over her crown to the runner-up after a nude photo scandal. Amazingly, things only got worse from there.

According to the Las Vegas Sun and other media outlets, Katie Rees was arrested on Tuesday, September 1, on five drug-related counts.

Her charges include possession of methamphetamine … which she was also arrested for dealing back in July. Her life is kind of insane.

The 31-year-old disgraced beauty queen was in the car with her boyfriend Kevin “DJ Kulprit” Sims.

Reportedly, Sims was pulled over for speeding and failing to signal.

According to the police report, when the cop walked up to the car, the smell of marijuana was evident.

The officer asked if Sims was in the possession of any weapons. And when he hesitated to answer, both Sims and Rees were handcuffed.

Police officers searched Sims and a found a jar containing GHB (liquid ecstasy).

When they searched Rees’ bag, they found rolling papers, two smoking pipes, and a canister containing marijuana, Xanax, Oxycontin, and a substance that tested positive for meth.

The Las Vegas Sun stated that Rees admitted to smoking earlier in the day. But she lied to the police, claiming she was not in the possession of drugs.

Her boyfriend allegedly claimed none of the drugs were Rees’. He told police, “If you find anything in the car that’s illegal, it’s not hers.”

Rees is held on $9,000 bail.

Sims was also arrested. His charges include felony trafficking meth, felony trafficking GHB, and felony cocaine possession.

This is the second time this summer that the disgraced pageant queen has had a run-in with police.

In July, she was charged with four felony drug-related charges, including possessing and selling meth.
